Refund policy

To make a return or exchange at SAFESOCK, you can do so by contacting hello@safesock.com and indicating your order number.

You will be able to choose between a refund or an exchange of model or size. The refund will be made automatically as soon as the package has been checked in our warehouse.

The return period cannot exceed 14 days from the day the customer receives the package at home. For reasons of hygiene, SAFESOCK may return the package to the customer if the product is washed or shows signs of having been worn.

Please, in case of tare, manufacturing defect or if you have received an incorrect garment, please send an email to hello@safesock.com attaching a photo and we will solve it as soon as possible.

When making an exchange or return, these will be the charges associated with the collection and shipment of the order to our warehouse:

1. Exchange and refund Spain Peninsula: 5,50€ of collection and shipping cost, without additional cost of the new garment in case of exchange.

2. Exchange and refund Spain Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 7,00€ collection and shipping cost, without additional cost of the new garment in case of exchange.

3. Exchange and refund Canary Islands: 12,00€ pick up and delivery cost, without additional cost of the new garment in case of exchange.

4. Exchange and refund Europe: 8,00€ pick up and delivery cost, without additional cost of the new garment in case of exchange.
