Shipping Policy

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and our team will get to work to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Orders placed after 14:00 (CET) will be dispatched and prepared the next working day. If after the time indicated below for each country you have not received your order, please contact us with your order number and we will check your order history to find a solution as soon as possible. You will receive an email with the tracking of your order so that you can keep track of the status of your shipment at all times.

SAFESOCK will not be liable for delivery errors where the delivery address entered by the User on the order form does not correspond to the actual delivery address or where any information has been omitted.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify SAFESOCK by email at hello@safesock.com. SAFESOCK will refund the amount of the order including shipping costs provided that the order has not been prepared and loaded by our logistics warehouse onto the courier trucks, in which case it will not be refunded.

BALEARIC ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA 24/48 hours - 3,00€.

CANARY ISLANDS 24/48 hours - 8,00€.

EUROPE 6/12 days - 4,00€ - 4,00
